Escape from the common and EXPLORE Colombia through the roads that hide the inner culture. In this trip you will face an experience that will challenge your phisical and mental strength, we will ride through the roads that the millenary CONDOR has watched over centuries. The reward will be to sleep in the nest of the only couple of CONDORS born in captivity that have breed in Colombia. The staff of ALTOS Cycling we will be there to make you only worry about enjoying.

WELCOME TO TOLIMA!
Hour: 10:00 AM
We will be waiting for you at 10 PM at Manizales and start our jouney to Honda. We be hosted by a private pool house where our Staff will be ready to recieve you and start taking care of your bikes in order to have them reay for the days to come. Please only worry about relaxing, at night our CHEF will be hosting a welcoming dinner for the whole group!

Today we will face the mighty OLD ALTO DE LETRAS. We are going to climb to the Nevados National Park through the road that was once the original ALTO DE LETRAS. This is a 52 Km climb that will take us from the Colombian tropics to a Active volcano. After the ride we are going ot rest in the natural hotsprings of the Termales del Ruiz Hotel. You have to get a fast recovery because we have 1 more effort missing to get to meet the CONDOR.

Even tho this is not a really long ride we will face one of the most challenging factors on riding a bike, ALTITUD. We are going to climb to one of the inactive volcanos at 4.700 MASL. Then we will descend to the place we are serching for, the CONDORS NEST. In the afternoon we are going to enjoy this little paradise hidden on the middle of the mountains, with a litlle bit of luck we are going to see the couple of CONDORS flying back to their nest. At night we will have clusure event!
