Renting a bike with us is very simple. You can do it through the form at the top or via WhatsApp—we’ll be happy to assist you throughout the entire process.

Select the location, date, and time where you want to receive and return the bike.

2. Choose your bike and accessories

Pick the right bike for your adventure. You can filter by size and type (road, gravel, e-bike).

3. We’ve got all the gear you need

We can complement your trip with accessories like a helmet, bibs, jersey, glasses, gloves, and more. Just select what you need.

4. Complete your payment and you’re ready to ride

Once payment is complete, we’ll deliver the bike to your chosen location, or you can pick it up at one of our physical locations.

Omar was excellent. The bike worked perfectly. Omar speaks very good English, which is ideal if you don’t speak Spanish. The Specialized bikes with disc brakes are excellent for these steep roads. My bike was a Tarmac SL6 with a compact 105 groupset. It came with two bottle cages and a spare tire with a repair kit.

Is it expensive to rent a premium bike for several days?

No. The more days you rent, the lower the daily rate. For longer rentals, the daily price can drop to as low as COP $135,000, which is often more convenient than traveling with your own bike and dealing with maintenance and logistics costs.

What accessories and services can I add when renting a bike?

When making your reservation, you can fully customize your experience by adding accessories, gear, and additional services, subject to availability. Options include: helmet, pedals, tire type (road), flat repair kit, GPS, extra battery, carbon wheels, transport case, and insurance against damage and theft.

You can also add cycling apparel such as shoes, jersey, bibs, gloves, and glasses, selecting your size during the booking process.

Additionally, we offer optional services like support vehicles, bike guides, and custom route planning, so you can enjoy your experience with greater safety and peace of mind. All accessories and services are clearly displayed before confirming your reservation.

What’s included in the rental price?

It includes the high-end bike, a pre-ride mechanical check, delivery in perfect condition, and the accessories specified in your reservation. There are no hidden costs—everything is clearly defined before confirming payment.

How do I know the bike will be the right size for me?

Before delivery, we collect information such as your height, weight, and experience level to assign you the correct size. We also adjust the bike so you can ride comfortably and safely from the very first mile.

Are the bikes in good mechanical condition?

Yes. All our bikes are thoroughly inspected, maintained, and delivered in perfect working condition—ready for demanding rides on both mountain and road routes.
