We will meet in Hacienda Venecia to begin the adventure that will take us to one of the most important paradises in our region and Colombia, the Coffee Cultural Landscape of Palestina. Bicycles will be our means of transport, allowing us to enjoy the unique climate and vegetation changes of this place. We will ride through alternate roads surrounded by a sea of coffee plantations and warm weather. By midday, we will reach a coffee farm where they will explain the Colombian coffee cultivation process, and we will have a coffee tasting session. In the evening, we will return to Hacienda Venecia. You should book the experience 24 hours before the start of the trip. - Can I bring my own bicycle?
Yes, you can bring your own bicycle of any type.
- Can I modify the route or the places to visit?
Yes, you can modify it, but we need to agree on it before the start of the experience. - Is the tour very physically demanding?
Every bike ride is physically demanding, but we can adjust the level and length of the ride for you. Also, keep in mind that we have E-BIKES to make the ride more enjoyable.
- What should I bring to the experience?
Once you book, our team will contact you to provide recommendations on what to bring and what to expect. - How can I pay?
Payments are made by credit card through our website. Look for the RESERVE button.
- Should I tip the staff?
Any recognition of our staff’s good work will be greatly appreciated. But DEFINITELY YOU DON’T HAVE TO TIP. - If I decide not to do the experience, will I get a refund?
To receive 100% of your money back, you must cancel the experience 24 hours before the start.
- What if it rains during the experience?
If it rains during the ride, we can continue without a problem; it’s only mandatory to stop if there is a lightning storm. If it rains and you don’t want to ride anymore, we can get into our support vehicle.
