We will meet in Manizales to embark on an adventure that will take us to one of the most significant paradises in our region and Colombia, EL NEVADO DEL RUIZ. The bicycle will be our means of transportation, allowing us to enjoy the unique climate and vegetation changes that make this place extraordinary. We will enter the Los Nevados National Park to closely appreciate the frailejones and indulge in a cup of hot panela water with cheese. After conquering the summit, we will transfer by car to the thermal pool to relax and enjoy a pleasant time where you can have lunch. In the afternoon, we will return to Manizales. See you soon!

Yes, you can bring your own bicycle of any type.
- Can I modify the route or the places to visit?
Yes, you can modify it, but we need to agree on it before the start of the experience. - Is the tour very physically demanding?
Every bike ride is physically demanding, but we can adjust the level and length of the ride for you. Also, keep in mind that we have E-BIKES to make the ride more enjoyable.
- What should I bring to the experience?
Once you book, our team will contact you to provide recommendations on what to bring and what to expect. - How can I pay?
Payments are made by credit card through our website. Look for the RESERVE button.
- Should I tip the staff?
Any recognition of our staff’s good work will be greatly appreciated. But DEFINITELY YOU DON’T HAVE TO TIP. - If I decide not to do the experience, will I get a refund?
To receive 100% of your money back, you must cancel the experience 24 hours before the start.
- What if it rains during the experience?
If it rains during the ride, we can continue without a problem; it’s only mandatory to stop if there is a lightning storm. If it rains and you don’t want to ride anymore, we can get into our support vehicle.
