I am aware that I must book this trip with 30% of the total value and that once the payment is made I have up to 3 month before the event to demand the full refund of this advance in the case of canceling the reservation.

I am aware that the itinerary and the stages of the event may change due to weather or force majeure factors.

I am aware that the accommodation in the hotels will be double, if I want single accommodation I must request it at the time of booking and this could generate an additional cost and will be subject to availability.

I am aware that this event is NOT a race, times will not be taken in count, nor will my performance qualify. It is a recreational event in which the most important thing is to enjoy a cycling environment.

I am aware that participation in the ALTOS Cycling event entails an important physical effort on a bicycle. Therefore, I declare that I do not suffer from any illness or condition that prevents me from participating and that I am in full physical condition to practice cycling.

I am aware that the roads will not be closed for the event, so I will attend all traffic regulations established in Colombia and I will be attentive to road imperfections, unexpected obstacles, unexpected maneuvers of vehicles on the road or members of the Travel group.

I am aware that I must take care of my physical integrity and that of other traveling companions, therefore I will wear a helmet at all times on my bicycle, I will attend all the recommendations of the organizers of ALTOS Cycling and the rest of the staff, and I will not consume intoxicating beverages or any psychoactive substance during bicycle riding.

I am aware that the activities that I will carry out with ALTOS Cycling are risky activities that lead to the possibility of suffering serious physical injuries, which is why I believe it is my responsibility to assume all of these risks.

Exempt and declare free of all contractual and extracontractual liability to the company BOTERO BROTHERS S.A.S identified with the Nit. 901195711 – 3 and to the legal representative of said company, to Mr. DANIEL BOTERO LOAIZA identified with the identity card 1.002.592.037, to all the sponsors linked to the development of the events of ALTOS Cycling, for direct and indirect, patrimonial or extra-patrimonial damages I may suffer as a result of an accident that occurs during my participation in the ALTOS Cycling event.

I authorize the organization of ALTOS Cycling to make use of the photographs taken during the days of the events, for promotion and dissemination of them.
